Food inspection
This inspection probe is built out of one piece of 316 stainless steel. Easy to clean and very durable, the 2" long tip is stepped down to 0.063" in diameter. Ideal for Harsh environment temperature measurement, frozen food inspection, point of use inspection and audits.

- Live display - Shows you useful temperature data in one shot.
- Graphs - Scroll and pan graphs over 1 year.
- Alarms - Generate alarms when the temperature goes outside a configurable limit. On iPhone, call other phones when that happens.
