Linear Air Track with Blower

This kit is designed to provide a cost-effective system for the study of all aspects of dynamics in a virtually friction-free environment.

The kit contains everything required for a vast array of experiments covering velocity, force, acceleration, Potential Energy, Kinetic Energy, conservation of energy, SHM etc. The track itself measures 1.8m overall and is made from strong 56 x 56mm aluminium extrusion. Gliders are designed to take standard slotted weights for additional loads. It is supplied with a comprehensive accessory pack.

The air track requires a blower and has an optional controller, both available separately.

 Linear Air Track Controller

This unit allows the air output of a vacuum cleaner to be controlled by varying the electrical input to the machine. The controller plugs into the mains wall socket and the vacuum cleaner then plugs directly into the controller.
