Overview
Collecting data on Android? There are several options for data acquisition—LabQuest Stream™ and Go Direct™ technology.
LabQuest Stream allows students to collect data using one or more sensors with an iPad. This Bluetooth wireless sensor hub is compatible with over 50 Vernier sensors.
Go Direct sensors communicate directly with your mobile device via Bluetooth. They provide a low cost way to measure temperature, pH, and more. Go Wireless Link provides a solution to adapt over 45 Vernier sensors to be used with your Android device.
Regardless of your choice, using the free, award-winning Graphical Analysis™ app, students can draw predictions, deeply analyze data, and draw conclusions based on evidence.
Wireless Bluetooth Technology
Sensors that connect to your Android Device with Bluetooth-LE. The Go Direct sensors do need need an interface to connect as the Bluetooth is built in. Or, use the Go Wireless Link single-channel interface that works with many of our standard sensors
Connect sensors without the need of an interface. Compatible with Graphical Analysis 4 the sensor can be connect via USB or via a compatible Bluetooth connection.
The Bluetooth-LE multi-input interface. Connect multiple Vernier Analog and Digital sensors to your iDevice. Over 60 Compatible sensors. Stream the Data live!
Wireless Data Sharing
The collaborative learning device. Using Data Sharing features of the Labquest2 to connect many Android Devices at once. This enables each student to do there own individual analysis on a lab groups data. Data Sharing is a one-to-many solution that’s both elegant and powerful.
Using an Android device and LabQuest 2 provides full sensor support and wireless(wifi) data-logging for personalized, engaging, hands-on science.
