Description
The Variable Inclination Pendulum allows you to demonstrate that the period of a simple pendulum depends only on its length and on the gravitational acceleration. The latter can be varied from 0 to g, varying the inclination of the oscillation plane.
The oscillating disk is placed on a plank with air-bearing which needs to be fed by an Air Compressor. Code PH135360 purchased separately.
The measurement of the period can be done with the help of a hand timer or by a photogate (both items must be purchased separately).
